We hit 90º F, time to get out the cold stuff.  Check out our preliminary Summer Menu (more coming soon):

Affagato - Izzy’s vanilla ice cream with espresso
In Italy a lot of coffee bars also sell gelato… so… well… it was just a matter of time before it happened, and it’s delicious.

Coconut ToddyCold Press Coffee, Coconut Milk, & Maple Syrup
It was a big hit last year and it’s back. It’s creamy, caffeinated and sweetened with local maple syrup… how can that be bad?  Also, don’t tell anyone, but it’s vegan.

Rosemary Juniper Tonic - Rosemary Tisane, Juniper Oil, & Fentimans Tonic Water
Our take on a virgin gin & tonic. Basically, we have the most delicious tonic water and we came up with a beverage for it. Perfect when the forecast is “stinking hot”.

Iced TeaBlack and Herbal
For that week in July (and we know it’s coming) nothing hits the spot like cold brewed iced tea. We make an Assam black and use the African Skies Rooibos for the herbal.

I know this is short notice but tomorrow night is Poetry Night at Kopplin’s.

Read your own poem, a favorite, or just sip a cappuccino and listen.

See you there.

We’re celebrating the only way we know how… with coffee and desserts.  Stop by on Saturday, April 30th from 4 pm – 8 pm.

There will be jewelry from Scarlet A Design, cupcakes from Sweets Bakeshop.

Thanks for all your support over the last 5 years.

As the last blast of Winter hits us, we turn with hopeful eyes towards Spring. At Kopplin’s, that means crafting new beverage creations.

“The Evolution of Art, Degeneration Until Nothingness”

Within these new works I have intended to capture the aliveness of art, the idea that our environment is forever in flux, evolving and devolving. A minimalistic composition of crumbling and beautiful ruins, color, shape and textures.
